For this Week's assignment, please use the Week 2 Data to calculate the measures of central tendency and variability/dispersion that we discussed. Also include a graph of the distribution for each sample, as well as a graph depicted the mean of both groups

For this Week's assignment, use the same data from Week 2 and assess normality of each sample using the three methods we discussed in class, and then conduct a T-test assuming equal variances manually and using the Excel Data Analysis Toolpak. Make sure to include your biological hypothesis, the statistical null and alternate hypotheses, a graph of the results, as well as a conclusion about the results of the test in terms of the statistical and biological hypotheses.

For this Week's assignment, please use the Week 4 Data to conduct a T-Test assuming unequal variances using the data in the first sheet, and a Paired T-test using the data in the second sheet. For each set of data please include:

• an assessment of the  normality of each sample using the three methods we discussed in class,

• a manually test and a test using the Excel Data Analysis Toolpak,

• your biological hypothesis,

• the statistical null and alternate hypotheses, 

• a graph of the results, and

• a conclusion about the results of the test in terms of the statistical and biological hypotheses.

For this Week's assignment, please use the Week 5 Data to conduct a Mann-Whitney Test using the data in the first sheet, and a Wilcoxon Rank Sum Test using the data in the second sheet. For each set of data please include:

• a manual test,

• your biological hypothesis,

• the statistical null and alternate hypotheses, and

• a conclusion about the results of the test in terms of the statistical and biological hypotheses.
